Services

Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd. provides podcast recording, video production, studio rental, personal branding shoots, reels production, commercial video shoots, editing support, thumbnail design, and related production services.

The exact services included will depend on the selected package, custom quotation, and confirmed booking details.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Package selection is finalized
Shoot date and time are approved by our team
Advance payment or booking amount is received
Required project details are shared by the client

Verbal inquiry or form submission does not guarantee slot availability.

Studio Timings

Studio time starts from the booked reporting time, not from the time recording begins. Clients are requested to arrive on time to avoid reduction in usable shoot time.

Delay from the client side may be counted within the booked session duration.

Package Inclusions

Each package includes only the services, equipment, editing deliverables, and production support clearly mentioned in the package details.

Any additional equipment, extra shoot time, extra edits, reels, thumbnails, express delivery, or custom requirements may be charged separately.

Add-On Services

Add-ons such as additional camera setup, extra lighting, teleprompter, extra reels, premium editing, express delivery, or additional crew support will be billed separately as per the listed price or custom quotation.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Sharing clear shoot requirements before the session
Arriving on time
Providing scripts, brand assets, logos, references, or content material if required
Reviewing deliverables within the agreed timeline
Ensuring that their content does not violate any legal, copyright, or platform policy guidelines

Content Ownership

Final edited deliverables will be shared with the client after completion of payment.

Raw footage, project files, and editable files may or may not be included, depending on the selected package or custom agreement.

Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd. may use selected clips, photos, or behind-the-scenes content for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.

Editing & Revisions

Editing deliverables and revision limits will be based on the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit may be charged separately.

Major changes after final approval, such as change in concept, script, music style, sequence, branding, or format, may require additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the agreed package or quotation. Final files may be delivered only after full payment is received.

In case of pending payment, Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to hold final deliverables.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling will be handled as per our cancellation and refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for losses caused due to client delays, incomplete information, technical issues beyond reasonable control, third-party platform restrictions, power failure, natural events, or unavoidable circumstances.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
