Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd. offers professional studio booking and production services for podcasts, interviews, reels, brand videos, commercial content, and personal branding shoots.

Booking Process

To book a session, clients may contact us through our website form, phone call, WhatsApp, or email.

Our team will confirm:

• Shoot type
• Selected package
• Required duration
• Preferred date and time
• Add-on equipment or services
• Editing requirements
• Final quotation

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after approval from our team and receipt of the required advance payment.

Studio Duration

Studio duration includes setup time, client preparation, recording time, breaks, and wrap-up time unless otherwise agreed.

Extra time beyond the booked duration will be charged separately, subject to availability.

Equipment Availability

Equipment included in each package will be provided as per the package details. Additional equipment is subject to availability and extra charges.

Client Preparation

Clients are advised to come prepared with:

• Script or topic outline
• Guest details
• Branding material
• Logo files
• Reference videos
• Outfit changes, if required
• Any product or prop required for the shoot

Food, Props & External Setup

Any external props, products, food items, makeup artist, stylist, or additional team requirements must be discussed in advance.

Studio Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to maintain professional conduct inside the studio. Any damage caused to studio property, equipment, furniture, or setup may be charged separately.
