Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd., we value professional scheduling, production planning, and client time. Since studio sessions require advance preparation, equipment blocking, team allocation, and time slot reservation, our cancellation and refund terms are as follows.

Booking Advance

An advance payment may be required to confirm your studio booking or production service.

Once the booking is confirmed, the selected time slot, equipment, and production team are reserved for your project.

Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a confirmed booking, the refund eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation:

• Cancellation made well in advance may be eligible for partial refund or rescheduling.
• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Exact refund eligibility will depend on the project type, booked slot, package, and preparation already completed.

Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling subject to studio availability.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. If the request is made too close to the shoot time, rescheduling charges may apply.

Delay or Late Arrival

If the client arrives late, the booked session will still be counted from the original scheduled time. Extra time, if available, may be charged separately.

Cancellation by Govindani Productions Pvt. Ltd.

In rare cases, if we are unable to conduct the shoot due to unavoidable circumstances, we may offer:

• Rescheduling to another available date
• Adjustment of booking amount toward another service
• Refund of the paid booking amount, where applicable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.

Non-Refundable Services

The following may be non-refundable:

• Confirmed studio booking advance
• Last-minute cancellations
• Completed shoot sessions
• Delivered edited content
• Custom pre-production work
• Special equipment or crew arrangements made on request
• Express delivery charges
